We have now perfected a system to remove injectors where previous attempts have damaged
them to the point where others are unable to proceed, This system gives further attempts to pull the injector out
99.9% of these attempts being totally successful (Subject to break point or prior damage caused)

As of Friday the 1st of April we have removed 50,000 seized or snapped injectors for our very happy customer base, It's a very proud moment for 
us to reach this landmark number of injectors removed. We will continue to provide a quality service all over Europe and the UK , 
leading where others can only follow and aim to reach the next big number soon.


Broken Injector Removal - New Milling / Drilling process
 
We have now devised a process to allow us to Mill / Drill the broken injector remains out of the cylinder head on the M9R engine
(as fitted to the VAUXHALL VIVARO, NISSAN PRIMASTAR AND RENAULT TRAFIC VANS) thereby raising our unrivaled success
rate from 98% to an improved, Even higher and still unrivaled 99.999% (no one can truthfully be 100% successful)
 
This process is aimed squarely at the high number of jobs we are now getting where our inferior rivals have tried and failed to remove
these injectors, Breaking them off and walking away with the job incomplete, half the injector still inside the cylinder head
and leaving you the customer stuck with a damaged vehicle, paying a large bill and very very unhappy !!!
 
This process is carried out with the cylinder head still on the engine and the engine still in the vehicle
 
 
There is no more dismantling needed than a standard injector removal requires.

2.0 Vauxhall Vivaro M9R cylinder head with cam carrier removed
 
 
 
Another 2.0 Vauxhall Vivaro M9R this one still complete and in the vehicle
(the most popular broken injector we remove and usually caused by the dealer tool)
 
 
THESE INJECTORS WERE FITTED INTO THE VIVARO, TRAFFIC AND PRIMASTAR, M9R ENGINE, WITH THE THREAD BROKEN OFF
 WE STILL REMOVED THEM, THIS PROCEDURE CAN NOW ALSO BE DONE WITH THE CAM COVER ON (PICTURE 2 ) AND MINIMAL COSMETIC DAMAGE ONLY
(TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON THE BREAK POINT / DAMAGE ALREADY CAUSED)
 
WE CAN ALSO ENABLE THE REMOVAL OF THE CAMSHAFT CARRIER COVER ON THIS ENGINE WHERE THE INJECTORS ARE STILL IN THE HEAD
WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE CAMSHAFT CARRIER COVER  OR THE HEAD.
(FOR EXCESSIVELY DAMAGED OR SEIZED INJECTORS TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS FOR CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL
SHOULD THIS BE NECESSARY FOR OTHER REASONS EG. TIMING CHAIN DAMAGE ETC)
